1. Recognize and Believe: You recognize, acknowledge and accept reality more quickly than those who perish. You realize that any possible solution must emanate from your own efforts. God helps those who help themselves.
2. Think, Study, Plan, and Review: You quickly organize, set up routines and take action. Survivors break down large, seemingly impossible jobs…into manageable tasks.
3. Celebrate Minor Successes: You take great joy from the smallest successes. By celebrating the smallest success or completion of a task, your brain releases endorphins. Take the time to enjoy even the smallest success.
4. Believe in the Positive and the Successful Outcome: Have a sense of positive expectancy. Believe and convince yourself that you will succeed if you continue to execute a systematic plan. Focus on what you want to happen. Remember that old saying “As you think, so shall you be.”
5. Never Give Up: Getting discouraged is a part a life. Get over it. There is an old Chinese proverb “The temptation to quit will be greatest just before you are about to succeed.”
6. Always be moving forward: Do one positive item in your life daily, no matter how small. Never stop improving. Never stop doing something new. Small daily improvements result in huge advantages.

Additional thoughts: Meditate on the above and write down the things I am grateful for and the things I want to attract. If you write these things down daily, then you will not have time to be negative, complain or be worried.
