Discover The 6 Characteristics of Survivors
3. Celebrate Minor Successes: You take great joy from the smallest successes. By celebrating the smallest success or completion of a task, your brain releases endorphins. Take the time to enjoy even the smallest success.
4. Believe in the Positive and the Successful Outcome: Have a sense of positive expectancy. Believe and convince yourself that you will succeed if you continue to execute a systematic plan. Focus on what you want to happen. Remember that old saying “As you think, so shall you be.”
5. Never Give Up: Getting discouraged is a part a life. Get over it. There is an old Chinese proverb “The temptation to quit will be greatest just before you are about to succeed.”
6. Always be moving forward: Do one positive item in your life daily, no matter how small. Never stop improving. Never stop doing something new. Small daily improvements result in huge advantages.
Bonus 7.: Meditate on the above and write down the things you are grateful for and the things you want to attract. If you write these things down daily, then you will not have time to be negative, complain or be worried.
