Resumes are an important part of any marketing toolkit but, in my opinion, not the most important tool in that kit.  I like biographies for networking, websites for amplifying information and demonstrating current skills, succinct brands for twitter and signature lines, blogs such as this one and more...

Knowing when and where to use well-crafted resumes is an art and a learned skill.

As for learning to deal with bias and myths (#7 and #8), take a look at the &quot;myth cards&quot; on our website.  We researched the facts guaranteed to overcome the &quot;Big O&#039;s&quot; - overqualified, overage, overpaid, over (fill in the blank).
