The Beatles-Twist and Shout

1

Just thought I would combine two classics The Beatles 1965 version of “Twist and Shout” and the John Hughes classic movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”.

Also, I have included the original live performance by The Beatles.

Twist and Shout (the Beatles) – Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

Twist and Shout” is a song written by Phil Medley and Bert Russell. It was originally recorded by the Topnotes and the Isley Brothers and was later covered by The Beatles, with John Lennon on the lead vocals, and originally released on their first album Please Please Me.
-John Lennon on rythym guitar, lead vocal
-Ringo Starr on drums
-Paul McCartney on bass guitar
-George Harrison on lead guitar
